Table Assignment Policy:

Reservations at El Pou restaurant can now be made instantly through this reservation system.
Please remember that tables reserved between 8pm and 8.30pm must be available by 10pm to serve the second shift of diners.
Punctuality is very important to us. The table will be held for 15 minutes, and if you have not contacted us by phone to advise of any delay, the reservation will be cancelled.

Refund and Returns Policy:

This refund policy sets out the conditions and terms for requesting refunds on our website. The term “we” or “the Owner” refers to the owner of the website.

• Conditions for Reservations:
You may cancel or modify the date of your reservation free of charge up to 3 hours before the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 hours in advance, a penalty of €10 per person will be applied.
Changes are subject to restaurant availability. To change the number of diners, you must cancel your reservation and make a new one.
Failure to attend or arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a cancellation outside the established period, losing the reservation and applying a penalty of €10 per person.

• Conditions for Reservations with Gift Vouchers:
For reservations with gift vouchers, failure to attend will consider the entire gift voucher as consumed, losing the right to use it in future reservations.

• Legislation:
The merchant is responsible and is aware of the current legislation of the countries to which it sends the products or performs the services.
The cardholder is aware of and accepts the conditions established by the merchant.
